COMMUNITY MARKETING MANAGER
Megastar is prepared to disrupt the entertainment space with the world’s first global talent competition app. We are looking for a strong customer support agent who has some community management experience but is looking to move on to the next level.
The ideal candidate will understand the importance of communication with the customer while also creating a strong feedback loop between the customer and important stakeholders (Marketing, Product, etc.). This role will be expected to have the strongest understanding of community sentiment. While also maintaining a quality customer experience by managing and advocating for our external support team. This role will allow you the flexibility to establish process and assist in other marketing areas such as partner marketing.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build/ Manage Community
- Define Community Guidelines
- Manage user compliance with Community Guidelines by creating and maintaining a safe place for creators to share their talents
- Identify top users and turn them into our best advocates
- Identify and build relationships with relevant special interest groups and organizations (leagues, etc)
- Create content for blog and MS social channels from user stories
- Oversee feedback loop from community
- Funnel bugs to QA
- Feedback to the Product Team
- Managing external CS team
- Auditing tickets
- Creating a feedback loop process
- Assisting the Communications Manager with CS questions that come into Social Media
- Maintain Daily, weekly, monthly reports on usage for community and CS
- 3-5 years experience in customer support or community management
- 2+ years experience in content writing
- Experience with consumer brands
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Experience with Helpshift is a plus
